Mark joined SS&C in 2016 as a Director in its Loan Services business. Prior to joining SS&C, Mark was responsible for selling Loan, Securitization and Financial Technology products with Deloitte.
As a Vice President with Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan Chase, he had responsibility for relationship development, product management, and sales. Mark has operational, compliance, product management, and business development expertise in syndicated loans, consumer loan servicing, ABS, MBS, CDO, CLO, structured products and commercial paper.
He served as the Chairman of the Public Securities Association Money Market Task Force and has presented at multiple securitization and finance industry conferences. Since 2008, Mark has served on the Board of Advisors of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). Mark is a graduate of Lafayette College with a degree in Economics and holds a Master of Science in Management from NJIT.
